I have been a revenue manager for 18 years, most of which has been focused on Airbnbs and hotels. In my career I have led revenue teams at large companies like Oasis and Kasa, and today I am a fractional revenue director for high performance property managers around the world. I have also written pricing algorithms, including Buoy, which received investment from Google and Techstars.

I have a certificate in hospitality revenue management from Cornell University and a B.A. from Indiana University.

I currently manage properties in North America, Europe, and Africa. I live in the USA.

Partner and Project Types

I provide revenue management services for hospitality professionals. From ski cabins to seaside villas to studios on the wrong side of the tracks, I have seen it all.

I work with property management companies of all sizes, but typically provide ongoing services to portfolios of 100+ listings.

Custom projects (e.g. RMS settings review, seasonal price optimization, forecasting, etc) can be arranged for portfolios of any size.

Pricing and Payment

Ongoing partnerships receive a custom quote based on the needs of the property manager. These arrangements are billed in arrears.

For limited projects, payment is determined in advance.

Fulfillment

Ongoing relationships may be cancelled with thirty days advanced notice.

While refunds are typically not relevant in my arrangements, refunds can be provided in cases where a client cancels a project after payment has been submitted and work has not yet begun.
